Mili Win Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mili Win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of Mili Win — including browsing the website — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using Mili Win immediately and not register an account. These Terms apply to all users across Pakistan and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to your use of the platform.

Mili Win may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To open and use a Mili Win account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

At registration you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid payment method. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Mili Win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to national CNIC, proof of address and payment method verification. Players who decline or fail verification may have their accounts restricted until the process is completed.

3. Account Rules & Security

Your Mili Win account is strictly personal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any secondary verification codes. Do not share your account details with any other person under any circumstances.

Account Security Obligations

• Use a strong, unique password for your Mili Win account that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered by the platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify Mili Win support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Never allow another person to place bets or access your account — even a family member or friend.

Mili Win is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials. If you share your account login or allow access to others, Mili Win may suspend your account and any associated balances.

Account Information Changes

You may update your contact details through account settings. Changes to your registered name or identity details require verification through Mili Win's support team and must be supported by valid documentation. You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions at Mili Win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion fees. What you deposit is what appears in your balance, and what you withdraw is what arrives in your payment account — subject only to the processing times described below.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Mili Win will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and is non-negotiable.

Mili Win does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside Mili Win's control. Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure any active bonus wagering requirements have been met, as pending bonus requirements will prevent withdrawal processing until satisfied.

Mili Win reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, payment method ownership and source of funds before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000. This is a security and compliance requirement, not a delay tactic.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Mili Win regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each offer. When specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms take precedence for that bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your Mili Win account automatically or upon claiming, as specified in the offer.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (wagering requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the offer terms.
• Each Mili Win account is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined unless explicitly permitted by Mili Win.
• Mili Win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it believes the offer was claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent means.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

Wagering Requirements Explained

A wagering requirement (sometimes called a "rollover") means you must place bets totalling a certain multiple of the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example: a bonus of Rs 1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus or derived winnings can be withdrawn. Different games may contribute different percentages towards satisfying wagering requirements — this will be stated in each offer's specific terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play Standards

All games offered at Mili Win operate according to fixed, published rules. By playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform system.

All computerised games at Mili Win — including Jackpot Slots, Aviator Game, Roulette, Baccarat and Punto Banco — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an independent third party. The RTP (return to player) or house edge for each game is published on the game's information page. Mili Win does not manipulate game outcomes.

Live Dealer Games

Live Dealer games at Mili Win use real physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels and dice — handled by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. Results are determined by physical outcomes, not software RNG. Live game results are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical fault, game disconnection or data corruption that prevents a hand or round from being completed correctly, Mili Win will void the affected round and return any stakes wagered in that round. Mili Win is not liable for losses caused by interrupted internet connections on your side during active play.

Poker Specific Rules

Poker cash games and tournaments at Mili Win are player-versus-player. Mili Win takes a rake as published on the poker page. Collusion between players — sharing hole cards, chip dumping, or coordinating play to disadvantage other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all winnings from affected sessions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Mili Win. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one Mili Win account per person, including using different names, mobile numbers or payment methods to create additional accounts.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds into any Mili Win account.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, account splitting, or deliberate manipulation of wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game on the platform.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated software, VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or any technical exploit to gain an advantage over the platform or other players.
• Money laundering: Using Mili Win for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity or providing false identification documents during verification.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to Mili Win without first raising the issue with Mili Win support.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Mili Win staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

Mili Win is committed to providing a safe, entertaining gaming environment. We take our responsible gaming obligations seriously and provide tools to help players manage their activity. Gaming at Mili Win should remain a form of entertainment — if it ever stops being enjoyable or starts causing financial or personal harm, it is time to use the tools available.

Tools Available to All Mili Win Players

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 48-hour cooling-off period to increase.
• Session reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for 30, 90 or 180 days. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Session history: Review your complete win/loss history at any time through your account dashboard.

Mili Win will close accounts — temporarily or permanently — for any player who informs us they have a gambling problem or who displays behaviour patterns consistent with problem gambling. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mili Win platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, audio and video content — is the intellectual property of Mili Win or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Mili Win content without explicit written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Mili Win platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to scrape, frame, mirror or systematically extract any content from the platform.

Mili Win's name and logo are registered trademarks. Use of these marks in any context without prior written permission is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mili Win's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the balance held in your account at the time of the relevant issue. Mili Win is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses of any kind.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform due to internet connectivity issues on your side.
• Decisions you make based on information published on the platform, including game odds and house edge figures.
• Losses resulting from delays, errors or failures by third-party payment providers processing your transactions.
• Any harm arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your account credentials.

The Mili Win platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party failures or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Mili Win collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

The personal data Mili Win collects — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, payment information and gaming history — is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and improve platform services. 12. Account Suspension & Termination

Mili Win may suspend, restrict or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We detect or suspect fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity associated with your account.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
• You have not logged in or placed any activity on your account for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account).
• You request account closure through our support team.

Dormant Account Policy

Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Mili Win will notify you via the email or mobile number on record before applying dormant account status. A dormant account fee may be applied after the notification period. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method upon account reactivation through support.

Appealing Account Suspension

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact Mili Win support at support@miliwin.com with your account details and the reason for your appeal. All appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. Mili Win's decision on account suspension appeals is final.

13. Disputes & Complaints Procedure

Mili Win is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint about a game outcome, a payment, a bonus or any other aspect of the platform, follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support Directly: Raise your complaint with Mili Win's support team via live chat or email at support@miliwin.com. Include your account username, the date and time of the issue, the game or transaction reference number, and a clear description of your complaint. Most issues are resolved at this stage within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through support, submit a formal written complaint to support@miliwin.com marked "Formal Complaint". Mili Win will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: If you remain unsatisfied after receiving Mili Win's formal response, we will provide a final decision letter. This letter concludes the internal dispute process.

Game outcome disputes where the result has been confirmed by the platform system will not be reversed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on Mili Win's side. Disputes based solely on your assessment of probability or strategy will not be upheld.

14. Changes to These Terms

Mili Win reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Send a notification to your registered mobile number or email address where the changes significantly affect your rights or obligations.
• Where required, request your active re-acceptance of the updated Terms before you can continue using the platform.

For minor changes — such as clarifications, correction of typographical errors, or changes that do not materially affect player rights — Mili Win may update the Terms without individual notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Mili Win after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
