Account & Registration

Creating a Mili Win account takes under 60 seconds. Go to miliwin.com/register, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username and set a strong password. Then provide your name, date of birth and city in step two. Choose your preferred payment method in step three, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit. An OTP is sent to your mobile number — enter it to activate your account. You are ready to deposit and play immediately after activation.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play at Mili Win. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. Your date of birth is collected at registration, and age is verified again when you make your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, with deposited funds returned to the original payment method.

No. Mili Win allows one account per person. If you create multiple accounts — even using different mobile numbers or email addresses — all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page or contact support at support@miliwin.com rather than creating a new account.

Go to the Mili Win Login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. An OTP is sent to your phone via SMS within 60 seconds. Enter the OTP on the next screen and set a new password. The OTP is valid for 10 minutes. If you do not receive the SMS, check your signal and try again. If you are still stuck, email support@miliwin.com with your registered mobile number and our team will help you regain access.

Full KYC verification is required when you make your first withdrawal above a certain amount. You will be asked to submit:
  • A clear photo of your CNIC (front and back)
  • A selfie holding your CNIC
  • Proof that the payment method you are withdrawing to belongs to you
Documents are reviewed within 24 hours in most cases. Making sure your name on Mili Win matches your CNIC exactly prevents delays. You can submit your KYC documents proactively through Account Settings at any time — doing so before your first withdrawal avoids any hold-up.

To close your account permanently, email support@miliwin.com from your registered email address or send a request via live chat. Confirm your identity and your intention to close the account. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your payment method after verification. If the reason for closure is related to gambling concerns, we strongly recommend using self-exclusion first — it protects your balance and can be done instantly without contacting support.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are instant — funds appear in your Mili Win balance within seconds of completing the transaction on your mobile wallet. If a deposit has not appeared within 5 minutes, check that the transaction was successfully debited from your wallet. If the deduction was made but the balance has not updated, contact live chat with your transaction reference number and the support team will resolve it immediately.

Mili Win does not charge any fees on deposits. 100% of your deposit appears in your account balance. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges — check your provider's fee schedule. Mili Win has no control over provider-side fees and does not refund them.

No. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are rejected and refunded. This is a security and anti-fraud measure, as well as a legal compliance requirement. Deposits from accounts in a different name will trigger a KYC review that will delay withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing times at Mili Win:

First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer if KYC verification is pending. After your identity is verified once, subsequent withdrawals follow the standard timelines above.

The minimum withdrawal at Mili Win is Rs 500 across all supported methods. There is a maximum per-transaction withdrawal amount that varies by payment method — details are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. For large withdrawals, Mili Win may require additional verification documentation, which is standard practice across all regulated gaming platforms.

If your withdrawal is taking longer than the standard processing time, check the following:
  • Is your KYC verification complete? First withdrawals require identity verification.
  • Does the name on your payment account match the name on your Mili Win account exactly?

Aviator is a crash-style game. A multiplier starts at 1x and climbs upward. You place a bet in PKR before the round starts. Once the round is live, the multiplier rises — and you must cash out before the plane "flies away" (crashes). If you cash out in time, your bet is multiplied by the multiplier at the moment you pressed cash out. If the plane flies away before you cash out, you lose your bet. Mili Win's game servers continue processing rounds even if your connection drops. For most games, if a round was in progress when you disconnected, the outcome is determined by the server and the result applied to your balance when you reconnect. For live dealer games, if a round was in progress, the dealer completes it according to standard rules. All outcomes are logged on the server and visible in your game history after reconnecting. Wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds as real money. For example: if you receive a bonus of Rs 1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 10,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Progress towards wagering requirements is tracked in your account dashboard under Bonuses. No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering is incomplete, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited, but your original deposit amount can still be withdrawn. If you would rather withdraw your deposit without completing the bonus wagering, you can forfeit the bonus in your account dashboard before requesting the withdrawal.
